A popular trip for those who prefer an activity-packed vacation including four days of sea kayaking plus one day each of whale watching, mountain biking and either diving or sailing. Suitable for the active traveller with physical stamina and a moderate degree of fitness. Five nights' motel accommodation is included in the Adventure Week.

Vava'u 5-Day PackageIncludes KayakingIncludes CampingIncludes some MealsIncludes an Umu FeastIncludes a Farewell DinnerIncludes SnorkellingIncludes a complimentary t-shirt

The five-day package is ideally suited to travellers wanting a shorter adventure and/or brief taste of camping. During the four days of kayaking we don't visit as many islands as on a longer trip. However, we still provide snorkelling opportunities and experience the Tongan culture (through village visits and a feast) as well as an uninhabited island. The kayaking is combined with the kayaking on the Adventure Week package, hence the ability level grading. Transfers and accommodation are not included, but can be arranged upon request.

[ Moderate ] [ 4 days kayaking ]

Vava'u 9-Day PackageIncludes KayakingIncludes CampingIncludes AccommodationIncludes some MealsIncludes an Umu FeastIncludes a Farewell DinnerIncludes SnorkellingIncludes a complimentary t-shirt

This popular tour offers the adventure found in the 5-day tour and more time in which to enjoy it! For a once-in-a-lifetime experience, join us for six days of relaxed kayaking and snorkelling in azure blue coral rich waters, visits to remote island villages and 5 nights' camping on white sandy beaches. This tour is suitable for paddlers of all abilities. Includes 3 nights of hotel/resort accommodation.

[ Easy+ ] [ 6 days kayaking ]

Vava'u 11-Day PackageIncludes KayakingIncludes CampingIncludes AccommodationIncludes some MealsIncludes an Umu FeastIncludes a Farewell DinnerIncludes SnorkellingIncludes a complimentary t-shirt

This longer tour is ideal for those of any kayaking ability wanting to truly unwind and gain a deeper experience of Vava'u's tropical paradise and friendly locals! With 8 days available for paddling, the pace is more relaxed than either the 5-day or 9-day packages and allows more time for leisurely base camping, snorkelling and mingling with the villagers. Three nights of hotel/resort accommodation are also included.

[ Easy+ ] [ 8 days kayaking ]

Ha'apai 12-Day PackageIncludes KayakingIncludes CampingIncludes AccommodationIncludes some MealsIncludes an Umu FeastIncludes a Farewell DinnerIncludes SnorkellingIncludes a complimentary t-shirt

Unlike the Vava'u Islands, which are hilly and relatively populated (population 20,000), the Ha'apai's are low-lying coral atolls with fewer villages (population 10,000) and even less evidence of western culture. In the Lifuka Group of Ha'apai, we paddle along the lee side of the forty kilometre long archipelago, occasionally venturing offshore into more exposed waters to access remoter islands. The paddling in Ha'apai is more remote and slightly more challenging (longer legs, stronger currents), though with our stable double kayaks and experienced guides even novice paddlers manage well. Snorkelling is superb in both island groups, but soft corals and sizeable fish are more abundant in Ha'apai waters owing to the swifter currents. Three nights' guesthouse accommodation included in the Ha'apai package. An adventurous and flexible spirit are essential during this remote getaway!
